    Except where quoted direct to you in writing, here are the fees and charges that apply to ZELLIS services today.   The information published on this page forms part of our Client Engagement Agreement.

    Please note that the rates displayed on this page are subject to change at any time without notice to fairly reflect the impact of inflation and the continuosuly changing costs of doing business.

    Different rates may apply to you

    ZELLIS may quote you pricing or rates different (higher or lower) to those listed on this page for specific tasks and projects that you enquire about.  Such quotes are taking into account a range of factors including your individual circumstances, specific outcomes and timelines you have requested, your resources, expertise and capacity for undertaking tasks yourself, and the effort, skill, knowledge and time required by ZELLIS and where required, to engage additional external experts and providers to deliver the services you have requested. 

    Except for hourly rate based tasks, where you have received a quote direct from ZELLIS, it supersedes the rates set out on this page.

    Where hourly rates apply, we will give you an estimate.  Estimates are our best guess based on past experience of similar tasks. Where possible, we prefer to give you a fixed quote, but the nature of some tasks is such that we cannot confidently anticipate the exact time it will take, and therefore the final price may end up higher or lower. 

    Our hourly rates today

    $220 per hour or part thereof for front-end web developer tasks including layout, styling and functional changes of website/s you operate.  In most instances we will provide a fixed quote for such tasks based on our extensive experience with front-end web development.  We will advise you if the developer hourly rate applies.

    A $500 minimum charge applies for all front-end web development tasks regardless of how small or trivial it may seem.  This minimum charge reflects the time and effort required for our team to review, brief, implement and test any tasks requested by you, and includes a fair allowance for us to communicate with you in respect of each task.

    $260 per hour or part thereof for a range of tasks and support services including but not limited to:

    • Troubleshooting and resolving issues relating to technology platforms and software, including investigation, escalation and testing, unless covered by a ZELLIS Connect subscription,
    • Shipping configuration review, reporting, testing, implementation and modification to achieve what you request, plus any communication with your platform provider and shipping carriers or providers no matter how long it takes or how many times we have to apply changes,
    • Data tasks including exporting from or importing into systems requested by you or required to deliver services requested by you, data review, structuring and restructuring, splitting out, reformatting, standardising, harmonising, optimising, sourcing and applying missing or flawed data and attributes, categorisation and data matching services,
    • User training and guidance for ecommerce and related technology platforms unless covered by a ZELLIS Connect subscription,

    plus all time taken to review, consider, respond and attend to communications with you, your staff, contractors, relevant stakeholders and essential third-parties and providers via email, SMS, phone or online conferencing technology in the course of resolving any issues identified by you or us during the course of attending to tasks you have requested or commissioned of us.

    $350 per hour or part thereof for business consulting and advisory services including process discovery, review, contemplation, planning, reporting, recommendations, documentation and follow-up of undertakings you have agreed to.

    Charges may accrue automatically

    Except for quoted tasks and projects, support or training included under a ZELLIS Connect subscription, or meetings and sessions we have informed you are free, all time expended by ZELLIS in dealing with you will accrue fees at the applicable rate.  Accrued fees will be invoiced weekly on 7 day terms. 

    GST will be added where applicable

    All rates listed on this page exclude GST.  GST will be added as required by law.  Services delivered to clients domiciled outside Australia may be exempt from GST.  Please check with ZELLIS before commissioning any services.

    Service may be declined

    ZELLIS reserves the right to deny or suspend service to clients where an invoice remains unpaid past the due date.   

    Discounts

    ZELLIS pricing reflects the specialist expertise, time and effort required to deliver the services you require to support your business competently.  We do not artificially inflate rates so we can impress you with discounts, so please don’t ask for one because it will be refused.
