Key Terms & Conditions:

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST. Australian GST will be added where required by law.

In addition to the base monthly fee, a flat percentage will be applied to your previous month’s turnover. Your monthly turnover is the aggregated value of all orders you received through our platform from any channel for each calendar month ended including shipping revenue and GST, whether or not you have cancelled or refunded any of those transactions. Preferential pricing for turnover above $400,000 per month applies.

Fees are payable monthly in advance via direct debit and are non-refundable except as required by law. Where your subscription commences partway through a month, you will be charged at a prorata rate for the portion of the month remaining. The turnover portion of your fee will be calculated and billed in arrears after the end of each calendar month.

* Platform standard functions excludes additional sales channels and add-ons which require separate subscription and/or activation to third party services.  Sales channels include webstore, POS and available marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Bunnings, MyDeal, Kogan AU, Kogan NZ, Ozsale, Fruugo, Payday Deals).  Minimum annual turnover threshold applies on Enterprise Plan to unlock all available sales channels, advanced analytics and advanced inventory without any additional fees.  Sales channels beyond what is included for each plan can be activated for a flat monthly fee each. 

Support via email, chat and phone is subject to our Fair Use Policy.

Webstore setup rebate is applied to your launch plan and excludes scoping, design or coding.

Enterprise and Enterprise Plus subscribers have a portion of your monthly subscription fee set aside for +PERKS calculated on the preceding full calendar month.  +PERKS may be redeemed at your request for webstore design tweaks, customisation of system documents or emails, and/or ZELLIS Flex hours. A design tweak is defined as any content or graphic element changes to your existing ZELLIS Connect website front-end or eBay listing design template hosted on our platform. Applying your +PERKS allowance to ZELLIS Flex hours requires you to provide clear instruction and/or full training to the allocated ZELLIS Flex specialist. ZELLIS Flex hours will be calculated on the applicable casual hourly rate at the time of redemption.  Strategic or ecommerce consulting where required will be charged out at our standard consulting rate.  Any unused +PERKS balance expires at the end of each month and cannot be rolled over or otherwise credited.  Where two or more webstores on ZELLIS Connect operating under the same business ABN, the +PERKS will be aggregated and can be redeemed against tweaks or Flex hours for any or all of those webstores. 

Up to 4 hours of Account Management per month are available on request capped at 12 hours per year.  The purpose of Account Management is to provide guidance on best practices, resource allocation and optimising processes to assist merchants in the formative stages of their business, or for added support during times of transition or difficulty.  Additional Account Management and consulting hours can be purchased as needed.

There are no fees to cancel, however a minimum of 3 month’s notice is required to terminate a ZELLIS Connect subscription after a minimum 12 month term has been completed (excluding any free trial period).
